Join the dynamic team at China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia as a Supply Chain Specialist (Construction). We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes to ensure the successful execution of our major infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between project requirements and material delivery. You will manage the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing high-quality construction materials to ensuring timely dispatch and efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for optimizing supply chain operations within the construction sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management for construction materials and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure materials are delivered to the construction site in Cikarang on time and within budget.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy to prevent shortages and minimize excess stock.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers and site supervisors, to align supply chain activities with project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements in all supply chain operations.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Handle documentation, including permits, bills of lading, and customs clearance for imported materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics regulations, local transportation networks, and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
