Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order execution from procurement to final delivery
- Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Handle customs clearance documentation and compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Provide procurement support through vendor management and negotiation
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and compliance records
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners across Asia
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and import/export regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
