Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing goods and update the central database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
