Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and refine demand forecasting models using statistical tools and market analytics
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align supply plans with sales forecasts and production capacity
- Optimize inventory levels through ABC analysis, safety stock calculations, and reorder point management
- Monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through scenario planning and contingency strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems
- Manage and develop the planning team through mentorship and performance optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in supply chain planning with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in demand forecasting methodologies (S&OP, statistical modeling)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Indonesian market dynamics and retail industry trends
