Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and supply chain efficiency? IBEX Global Solutions is looking for a Supply Services Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that Goods & Services and Connectivity metrics are accurately tracked, analyzed, and reported to stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize supply chain reporting processes, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business reports.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports regarding Goods & Services and Connectivity utilization.
- Perform data validation and quality audits to ensure reporting accuracy across all supply chain departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track connectivity uptime and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and recommend process improvements to management.
- Maintain dashboards and scorecards to track KPIs and performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc reporting requests and data deep-dives for decision-making purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and data integrity protocols in all reporting outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or supply chain support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
