Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor digital lending processes across branch offices to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
- Support the implementation of digital lending solutions across branches
- Collaborate with the central office team to address branch-related technical issues
- Document and report on process performance and metrics
- Assist in training branch staff on new digital lending systems and procedures
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss process improvements and updates
- Support data collection and analysis for process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital lending concepts and financial technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
