Join a dynamic team at Jurutera Jasa Sarawak as a Survey Technician. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects in the Miri region. This is a contract/temporary opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about precision and contributing to the built environment.
In this role, you will be the bridge between field data and engineering solutions. You will utilize your expertise in land surveying to ensure accurate measurements, layout, and data collection. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate land surveys using Total Stations, GPS receivers, and Digital Levels.
- Collect, verify, and process topographic and boundary data.
- Prepare detailed survey plans, sketches, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in the layout of construction sites and monitoring of earthworks.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret survey data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying and comparable projects.
- Proficient in operating Total Stations, GPS, and EDM instruments.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Familiarity with survey data processing software is preferred.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field and possess strong problem-solving skills.
