Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys and topographical assessments for residential and warehouse projects
- Operate advanced surveying equipment including total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports with elevation maps and boundary documentation
- Collaborate with civil engineers to establish reference points and construction benchmarks
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey specifications
- Prepare CAD drawings and GIS mapping for project documentation
- Verify land boundaries and property lines for legal compliance
- Implement quality control measures for all surveying activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Certification in land surveying (BNSP or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land regulations and zoning laws
- Expertise in operating total stations, GPS receivers, and leveling instruments
- Ability to work in field conditions with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex terrain challenges
