Woh Hup is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveyor to support our operations in Jurong Island and Bukom. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our construction projects from the ground up. You will oversee site measurements, verify data, and ensure that all construction activities align with technical specifications and safety standards.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong background in civil engineering and construction processes. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality results and maintain the highest standards of site accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys, including topographical and setting out works, to support construction activities.
- Prepare and verify detailed survey drawings and reports using CAD software and Total Stations.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure accuracy and quality control of measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform daily calculations and data analysis to ensure strict compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot surveying equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies in measurements or site conditions promptly.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations while working on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in the use of Total Stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
- Valid Class 3 or Class 3B driving license is essential for site mobility.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in industrial locations like Jurong Island.
