Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive land surveys using modern equipment such as Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS units.
- Prepare detailed topographic maps, boundary surveys, and site layouts to support project planning.
- Analyze survey data and generate accurate reports and drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure construction activities align with design specifications.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Perform field verification and stakeout activities during the construction phase.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Land Surveyor (LSP) or a recent graduate with relevant training.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in land surveying and construction site preparation.
- Proficient in surveying software (AutoCAD, Leica, Topcon, etc.) and GPS technologies.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, land measurement, and legal descriptions.
- Physically fit and willing to work in various field conditions, including outdoor sites.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Class 1) is an advantage.
