Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field surveys using Total Stations, GPS, and other modern surveying equipment.
- Prepare accurate topographic maps and detailed engineering drawings from raw survey data.
- Perform boundary surveys and layout verification to ensure strict adherence to blueprints.
- Analyze survey data in real-time and resolve discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to provide critical site information.
- Maintain all surveying instruments and ensure equipment is calibrated and in optimal condition.
- Document survey findings and submit progress reports to meet project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Valid Professional License (Licensure to Survey) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying and construction site supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD software and specialized surveying applications (e.g., Leica, Trimble).
- Strong knowledge of local land laws, regulations, and mapping standards in the Philippines.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
