Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field surveys in the Bandar Lampung region to collect accurate market data on product placement, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers and staff to ensure smooth data collection
- Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive reports for the management team
- Meet daily and weekly survey targets while maintaining high data quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with the sales team to support regional business strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all field activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma)
- Active SIM C (motorcycle license) is mandatory
- Ability to work with targets and high mobility in the field
- Previous work experience in a similar role (e.g., field survey, market research, or retail) is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting
- Willingness to work in various locations within the Bandar Lampung area
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
