As a key member of our technical team, you will be entrusted with the critical task of conducting precise field surveys, performing detailed measurements, and processing geospatial data using the latest technology such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and UAV drones. We are looking for a professional who possesses a strong background in Geodetic Engineering and a deep understanding of Indonesian land regulations (BPN). The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure seamless integration of survey data into design and construction phases.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise field surveys, topographic mapping, and land measurements using advanced surveying instruments.
- Process, analyze, and manage survey data using specialized software to generate detailed reports and CAD drawings.
- Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points for construction and engineering projects.
- Prepare boundary surveys, site plans, and legal documents in compliance with BPN and local government regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment of survey data with design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of surveying instruments to ensure precision and reliability.
- Supervise and mentor assistant surveyors and field crews to maintain high standards of data integrity and safety.
- Ensure all field activities adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in land surveying within the construction or property development sector.
- Professional certification from Ikatan Surveyor Indonesia (ISI) is highly advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in using Total Stations, Theodolites, Digital Levels, and GNSS RTK equipment.
- Strong command of surveying software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, 12D Model, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian land law, spatial planning, and mapping standards (SNI).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Samarinda and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
