Join Impact Power Mandiri as a Mystery Shopper Surveyor and play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences at IQOS partner outlets across Belitung. As a freelance Mystery Shopper, you will be the eyes and ears of our company, providing valuable insights into the quality of service and product knowledge at retail locations.
This exciting part-time opportunity allows you to work flexibly while contributing to the improvement of IQOS's retail presence. You'll visit various partner outlets, interact with store staff, and evaluate their performance based on specific criteria provided by our team. Tanggung Jawab
- Visit IQOS partner outlets in Belitung as scheduled and follow provided instructions precisely
- Interact with store staff to evaluate their product knowledge and customer service skills
- Assess store conditions, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards
- Document observations and complete evaluation forms with detailed and accurate information
- Submit timely reports on store visits including photos when required
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the mystery shopping nature of visits
- Provide constructive feedback on areas of improvement and exceptional service
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable interacting with retail staff in a professional manner
- Basic smartphone proficiency for documentation and report submission
- Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality
- Previous experience in mystery shopping or customer service evaluation is a plus
- Residing in or easy access to Belitung area
