Tanggung Jawab
- Visit designated IQOS partner outlets in Madiun and surrounding areas as per assigned schedule
- Interact with store staff to evaluate their product knowledge and customer service skills
- Assess store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping environment
- Complete detailed evaluation forms with specific observations and feedback
- Submit timely and accurate reports following each visit
- Follow specific evaluation guidelines and maintain confidentiality of assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to help improve store operations and customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain objectivity
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Basic computer skills for report submission
- Previous experience in mystery shopping or customer service evaluation is preferred
- Valid identification and transportation to visit assigned locations
