- Conduct physical visits to IQOS partner retail locations as per assigned schedules and instructions
- Engage with retail staff to assess product knowledge, service quality, and promotional adherence

- Submit detailed evaluation reports including photographic/video evidence as required

- Previous mystery shopping or customer experience evaluation experience preferred
