Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough physical inspections and surveys of mortgaged properties
- Analyze property characteristics, location factors, and market trends for valuation
- Prepare detailed property valuation reports with supporting data and analysis
- Identify structural defects, legal encumbrances, and market risks
- Collaborate with loan officers to provide valuation insights for credit decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation of survey findings and valuation methodologies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian property regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property valuation or surveying
- Strong knowledge of Bandung/Jawa Barat property market dynamics
- Proficiency in valuation software (e.g., PropScore, AVM) and MS Office
- Certification in property assessment (e.g., APPRAI, AIPI) preferred
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
