PT. Huaxia Internasional Konstruksi seeks a highly skilled Surveyor & Supervisor Project to join our dynamic construction team in Tangerang. This critical role requires a professional with proven expertise in project measurement, site supervision, and construction management. You will be responsible for ensuring all project phases adhere to technical specifications, safety standards, and timeline requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
As a key technical leader, you'll conduct precise land surveys, monitor construction progress, resolve field issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate land surveys and topographical measurements using advanced equipment (total station, GPS, level)
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
- Prepare detailed technical reports, as-built drawings, and progress documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve site conflicts
- Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols on construction sites
- Manage survey equipment calibration and maintenance for optimal performance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction surveying and site supervision
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (total station, GPS, laser scanner) and CAD software
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and Indonesian building codes
- Certification in surveying or project management (e.g., S1 Teknik Sipil) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in challenging field environments
