In this role, you will lead high-impact engagement strategies, manage reporting frameworks, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals are not just met, but exceeded.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies to promote DSNG’s sustainability agenda.
- Lead the preparation of annual sustainability reports in alignment with global frameworks such as GRI and SASB.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including NGOs, investors, and local communities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate sustainability practices into daily operational workflows.
- Organize and conduct workshops, town halls, and engagement events to socialize sustainability initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze ESG trends to provide actionable insights for senior management and policy development.
- Manage community grievance mechanisms and ensure transparent communication during critical sustainability events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or corporate communications.
- In-depth knowledge of international sustainability reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, SASB).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Experience in the agricultural, palm oil, or renewable energy sectors is highly preferred.
