- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

- Conduct regular environmental audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into daily operations

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainability or operational excellence roles
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 14001, GRI)
- Experience with operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability reporting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
