Join Jakarta Aesthetic Consultant as a dynamic Senior Vice President of HRD for Recruitment & Operations. In this strategic leadership role, you'll spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding. You'll oversee comprehensive personnel administration, including contract management, compliance documentation, and HR policy implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage personnel administration including contracts, compliance documentation, and HR records
- Optimize HR operational workflows and administrative systems
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top industry talent
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and talent gaps
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee HR operations budget and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in recruitment leadership
- Proven track record in scaling recruitment operations and administrative systems
- Expertise in Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance frameworks
- Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and recruitment management software
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in beauty/wellness industry or service-oriented environment preferred
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
