Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and inspect SwiftBike fleet for safety and functionality
- Manage bike docking stations, ensuring proper organization and availability
- Handle customer inquiries and provide on-site support
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of bikes
- Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance needs
- Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize station operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for bike maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical fitness for handling bikes and equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Malaysian driver's license preferred
- Previous experience in retail or service industry advantageous
