Are you a passionate swimmer with a knack for teaching? We Group WMO is seeking dedicated Swimming Instructors to join our team! Whether you are a seasoned coach or an enthusiastic beginner, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire students of all ages to become confident swimmers while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of ₱250 – ₱350. We prioritize safety and technique, making this a rewarding opportunity for those who love the water. Join us in promoting health and fitness in the Batangas community!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for students of varying skill levels.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and hygiene in the pool area.
- Monitor student behavior and intervene immediately to prevent accidents.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding lesson goals.
- Prepare and organize necessary teaching materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a male or female candidate.
- Previous experience in teaching swimming or coaching is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of working in water for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong passion for water safety and physical fitness.
