Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool area continuously to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a professional and polite manner.
- Perform regular water quality testing and chemical balancing checks to maintain health standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge areas, and surrounding facilities.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid or CPR if necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the management immediately.
- Ensure all pool equipment (life buoys, signage, cleaning tools) is properly stored and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering inquiries about pool facilities and hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Possession of a valid Lifeguard Certification (or willing to obtain one).
- Proficient in swimming and physically capable of performing rescue tasks.
- Strong observation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in pool operations, hospitality, or public facility management is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemical safety and handling.
