Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Windows server environments (2012R2/2019/2022)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAN/NAS storage systems
- Implement network security protocols and access controls
- Perform system updates, patches, and disaster recovery testing
- Document IT infrastructure configurations and procedures
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience with Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and VLAN management
- Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Experience with enterprise storage systems (Dell EMC, NetApp)
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
