Join PT Elefan Adiwidia Bentala as a System Analyst and become the critical link between our business stakeholders and the technical development team. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex business needs into robust, scalable software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, modeling processes using UML and BPMN standards, and ensuring that every system deliverable aligns perfectly with organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and system requirements documents.
- Design system architecture and create comprehensive UML diagrams, including Use Case, Class, Sequence, and Activity diagrams.
- Develop and maintain BPMN 2.0 process flows to visualize and optimize business workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between non-technical business units and software developers to ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and future business needs.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test scenarios and ensure system quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong proficiency in UML modeling tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards and process mapping software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, .NET).
