- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Document functional specifications and create detailed system design documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain healthcare information systems
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support for new system implementations
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and integration projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis or healthcare IT
- Proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies and documentation tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and HIPAA/JCI compliance standards
- Experience with SQL, database management, and system integration protocols
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific software (EMR, HIS, PACS) preferred
