Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business processes to identify system requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design high-level system architecture and detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals and process workflows.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users during and after system implementation.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to ensure continued optimization and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and use-case analysis.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database management systems; knowledge of ERP systems is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
