Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and functional requirements for the development team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user manuals.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT developers to ensure project alignment.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including testing, debugging, and system implementation phases.
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and business process modeling.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and process diagrams (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a contract-based timeframe.
