Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business requirements, transforming them into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Design system architectures and workflows specifically tailored for payment processing and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical designs align with business goals and system capabilities.
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies for new features or system enhancements.
- Liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to clarify project objectives and progress.
- Design and document API specifications and integration flows for merchant partners.
- Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure the final product meets all specified requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably within the Fintech or Banking industry.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating UML diagrams, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
