Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs
- Conduct thorough system assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate new software solutions
- Document system processes, workflows, and technical architectures using standardized methodologies
- Perform testing and validation of system changes to ensure quality and performance standards
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in system analysis methodologies (UML, BPMN, data flow modeling)
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL) and enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or project management are highly desirable
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Experience with ERP systems and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) preferred
