In this critical leadership role, you will act as the vital bridge between business objectives and our technical delivery teams. You will lead a dynamic group of analysts and developers, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable software products. Your responsibilities will span the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)—from initial system analysis, feasibility studies, and architectural design, through to development, deployment, and continuous optimization.
Working closely with the Section Head and cross-functional department leaders, you will play a key role in shaping our technical roadmap and ensuring our solutions are robust, innovative, and perfectly aligned with business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of system analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and feasibility studies to design robust architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear technical requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Review technical designs, code, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Manage project priorities, sprints, and resource allocation using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, optimizing workflows and introducing innovative tools.
- Resolve technical roadblocks and provide expert guidance on system integrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing the full SDLC.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with API management, microservices, or enterprise-level architecture is highly desirable.
