Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and strategy for system development across the organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for core financial applications and customer-facing platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of software engineers, technical leads, and system analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures.
- Implement and optimize Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve deployment speed and system reliability.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party integrations meet corporate security and performance standards.
- Monitor departmental budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing and Microservices to modernize legacy systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in the financial services, fintech, or banking sectors is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of modern programming languages (such as Java, .NET, or Go) and microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience with database management systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong project management skills, with certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and technical teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
