Are you a detail-oriented System Engineer with a passion for high-availability infrastructure? Ezsvs Technology Indonesia is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team at the state-of-the-art BDx Data Center (CGK3) in South Jakarta. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing data center hardware and server systems to ensure seamless operations for our global clients.
As a key technical contributor, you will bridge the gap between complex infrastructure management and effective cross-border communication. We are looking for an expert who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills in Mandarin to support our international collaborative efforts.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and monitor data center server hardware and network infrastructure at the BDx facility.
- Perform routine health checks, system performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, hardware failures, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders, providing technical updates in both English and Mandarin.
- Execute server installation, rack management, and cable organization to adhere to industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and compliance standards within the data center environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer or Data Center Technician (minimum 2+ years).
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional counterparts.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with data center hardware management (Cisco, Dell, HP, or similar enterprise equipment).
- Ability to work on a 1-year contract basis in a high-pressure, technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
