Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server systems and storage solutions
- Monitor system performance and generate regular reports on infrastructure status
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues under guidance
- Learn and apply VMware virtualization technologies for efficient resource utilization
- Support the implementation of Linux-based systems and applications
- Assist with documentation of system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system availability and performance
- Participate in regular system maintenance and upgrade activities
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line operations
- Familiarity with server hardware and storage systems (Dell experience is a plus)
- Understanding of virtualization concepts (VMware knowledge is beneficial)
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Availability for part-time work (minimum 20 hours per week)
