Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional system engineering teams to deliver complex simulation projects
- Develop and implement system engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Oversee system architecture design, integration, and validation across hardware/software domains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement of system engineering capabilities through innovation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (DO-178C, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of system engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in systems architecture, V-model development, and requirements management
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve multidisciplinary engineering challenges
- Experience with simulation technologies (e.g., HIL, SIL, MIL testing environments)
- Proficiency in system engineering tools (DOORS, Cameo, JIRA, etc.)
