  • Lead and mentor a global talent acquisition team, setting performance metrics and driving recruitment excellence
  • Develop and implement international sourcing strategies across multiple regions and cultures
  • Collaborate with department heads to define talent needs and create role-specific hiring plans
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership/management role
  • Proven experience in global recruitment across multiple countries and time zones
  • Expertise in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM) and data-driven recruitment methodologies
  • Strong understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with ability to develop scalable talent acquisition frameworks
  • Experience in building diverse and inclusive hiring pipelines
