Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a global talent acquisition team, setting performance metrics and driving recruitment excellence
- Develop and implement international sourcing strategies across multiple regions and cultures
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent needs and create role-specific hiring plans
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Lyfe's visibility as a top employer in global markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership/management role
- Proven experience in global recruitment across multiple countries and time zones
- Expertise in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM) and data-driven recruitment methodologies
- Strong understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop scalable talent acquisition frameworks
- Experience in building diverse and inclusive hiring pipelines
