Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and create role-specific strategies
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against technical and cultural fit criteria
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for data-driven recruitment insights
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance Bank of China's talent market presence
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience in banking or financial services
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in Malaysia
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in talent acquisition (e.g., CTS, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous
