Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in Taiwanese and English
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Taiwanese language (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English language
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
