Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple departments.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide expert consultative advice on market trends and talent availability.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruitment specialists to ensure efficiency and high-quality candidate experience.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier financial industry talent.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate pipeline data and generate weekly recruitment analytics reports.
- Implement and refine diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring practices to build a robust and inclusive talent pool.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services or multi-finance industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in guiding and developing small teams.
- High analytical aptitude with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into strategic business actions.
