Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to final offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse business units.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position Lakuliner as an employer of choice in the market.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for better reporting and process efficiency.
- Conduct data-driven talent market analysis to advise management on competitive salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring and headhunting for specialized roles.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and various social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable business insights.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is mandatory.
