Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct thorough screenings and behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Coordinate and facilitate the scheduling of technical interviews and department evaluations.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data management and recruitment reporting.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and represent St. Luke's at job fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Assisting in the negotiation of job offers and facilitating the pre-employment requirements for successful hires.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related Social Science field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Bonifacio Global City (BGC) location.
