Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
- Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and position requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media tools to source and engage qualified talent
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
- Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., JobStreet, Greenhouse)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
