Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate recruitment reports
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent attraction capabilities
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications for final candidates

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail in candidate screening, interview coordination, and documentation
