- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across various industries
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and recruitment compliance
