Join the dynamic team at Foodpanda as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (APAC) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our recruitment efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. You will support a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient, candidate-centric, and aligned with our global standards.

As part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce by facilitating seamless recruitment operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the APAC region, from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to attract top talent.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
  • Collaborate closely with TA partners globally to standardize recruitment processes and share best practices.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations.
  • Familiarity with APAC recruitment markets and cross-cultural communication is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong focus on candidate experience and data accuracy.
