Join the dynamic team at Foodpanda as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (APAC) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the APAC region, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to attract top talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Collaborate closely with TA partners globally to standardize recruitment processes and share best practices.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations.
- Familiarity with APAC recruitment markets and cross-cultural communication is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on candidate experience and data accuracy.
