Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for critical roles across departments
- Develop and implement talent development programs including onboarding, upskilling, and leadership initiatives
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through diverse channels including social media, job boards, and referrals
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle ensuring positive experience
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation packages and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR development roles
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent program implementation
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and recruitment compliance
- Experience with ATS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred
