Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and healthcare industry trends.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) to optimize hiring efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire.
- Enhance the company's employer brand within the competitive healthcare and BPO landscape.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and employer branding campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the BPO or Healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a full-cycle recruitment team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team setting.
