Tanggung Jawab
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and providing guidance to management and staff on HR policies.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for various retail and corporate positions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Acts and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
- Facilitate new hire orientation programs to integrate employees into the company culture effectively.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making and improve workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or similar) and MS Office applications.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of emotional intelligence and a focus on employee engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
