Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding campaigns across digital platforms and social media.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talent across multiple business units.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to highlight employee stories and company culture through engaging content.
- Manage relationships with universities, job boards, and industry partners to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Organize and represent Erajaya at professional career fairs, webinars, and networking events.
- Mentor junior recruitment staff and ensure adherence to best practices in talent acquisition operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on Employer Branding.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong digital literacy, with experience in managing LinkedIn Recruiter, career sites, and social media channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable business strategies.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
